Terms and Conditions for Vrushá Enterprises

1. Scope of Services

Vrukshá Enterprises (referred to as “the Company”) offers financial assistance by providing various types of loans in India, subject to the terms and conditions mentioned herein.

2. Loan Application and Processing Fee

– A non-refundable processing fee of 0.5% of the loan amount applied is mandatory and payable at the time of application.

– In the event of rejection or withdrawal of the loan application, 50% of the processing fee

will be refunded to the applicant.

– Refund requests must be made in writing within 7 days of the application rejection or

withdrawal.

3. Loan Approval

– The approval and disbursement of loans are subject to the Company’s internal review

processes, including credit checks and verification of documentation.

– Submission of a loan application does not guarantee  loan approval.

4. Legal Disclaimer

– By applying for a loan, the applicant agrees that no legal proceedings, claims, or lawsuits can be initiated against Vrukshá Enterprises or its representatives in connection with the processing, rejection, approval, or disbursement of loans.

– The Company’s decisions are final and binding on all applicants.

5. Documentation and Compliance

– Applicants must provide accurate and complete documentation as requested by the Company.

Any false or misleading information may result in rejection of the loan application without refund of the processing fee.

– The Company complies with all applicable laws and regulations in India. Applicants must adhere to these regulations and provide necessary cooperation.

6. Confidentiality

– The Company ensures that all personal and financial information provided by applicants will be kept confidential and used solely for the purpose of loan processing.

7. Changes to Terms and Conditions

– Vrukshá Enterprises reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. Updated terms will be available on the Company’s official website or provided upon request.

8. Governing Law

– These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.

Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Bangalore.

By submitting a loan application with Vrukshá Enterprises, the applicant acknowledges and agrees to these terms and conditions.
